Notes:
Working with Daniel on a custom migration project for a client. We talked about it and then ended up at the board drawing out flow and what pieces go to what parts or sections. Going through things step by step and trying to make sense of the process and pieces.

As a side note, it is so important that these developers learn how to create a plan to go from what they get to what they need or want. If they understand some of the options and tools that already exist, they will thrive and grow. If not, they need lots of hand holding and coaching. Some of this stuff takes lots of time to figure out.
