Back on the switch over from loyalty points to loyalty as an ACV value (actual cash value). This was recommended by Steve and a CPA that said that companies need to attribute an actual cash value to the number of points that are being extended and renewed. This is still going to be an off balance sheet item, but at least it will have an ACV value to go along with it. Eric has worked for a couple of weeks on this change over and logic switch. We spent some time today reviewing code, making small verbage tweaks, and planning the deployment and switch over roll out process. Good stuff. The project is looking great.
