There were quite a few of us on the meeting this morning. Steve and Sean were talking about some sales leads and what not. Eric popped in with some questions. Danny chimed in here and there. After awhile, it was just Steve and I on the call. We spent some time talking about developers and how to keep advancing that ball. We want to spend some time going back in and documenting some of the projects. When they first come in, they, Steve and Cory, are trying to quote and bid the projects. Then after that, the projects tend to sit in the queue for a couple of weeks to a month. That's the spot that we want to work on... If we could circle back around and do some planning on each of the projects, it should help us speed up the development cycle.

Currently, some of the projects just sit there until a developer gets assigned to them. Then the heat is turned up and we crank it out. It might be nice if we have some other prep work done prior to turning up the heat per project. It also may help us do some prep stuff or surface tweaks before the bigger guns get in there to do their thing.

Steve and I also talked a little bit about cash flow and where we are headed there. Good stuff and making progress. As a side note, Steve is really happy with how Cory is doing and where she is taking things. That is awesome.
