There were a bunch of us on the meeting this morning. Eric was reporting on off balance sheet entry calculations and changes to the customer loyalty points based on ACV (actual cash value). Danny, Sean, Steve, and I were asking Eric questions and having a conversation. Lots of talks about compliance and future state of what will be required for accounting for customer loyalty points. Lots of talks about intentions, tax liabilities, and auditing potential. Seeing a truer picture of where things are at.

Steve was mentioning, maybe just trying to sell the loyalty points as a solution. You get all of adilas, but you buy it so you get these good customer loyalty points. How do we get the sales message out there... we are looking to really fire up the sales engine.

Alan popped in and gave us a quick report on meeting with the ColdFusion expert. He and Wayne met with them this morning and Wayne knows what to do. Good stuff.
