Notes:
Working with Alan on some code sign-off. We did code sign-off on 16 new files to add a notes section to the sub special flags, tags, and categories. Pushed new files up to all servers and did some testing. We also grabbed Russell and went over the project and where we are at and what is still needed. The place where some more loving was needed was on the flexible search capacity for the sub special flags, tags, and categories (subs of time). Very smooth sign-off.
