Meeting with Russell. No one else was in the shop so we turned it into a whiteboard session and did a small counseling session. Good stuff. We talked about budgets, human resources, goals, and personal abilities. On the human resources and/or team stuff, we talked a lot about time, skills, availability, investment levels, and how they fit into our current team structure. We are seeing team players, independents, and steady or dependable persons. We also talked about growing monies, ownership, & vision and how all of these things are needed. We talked about the gap (skills & training) and how to work to overcome that. We had a great talk about a bunch of different things. Good session for both me and Russell. |
