Steve and I met to keep going over our plan. We talked about options for people and outside parties to invest and then get interest from their investment monies. Basically, a choose your product and then invest in that product and enhance it. We also talked about bringing on new developers and having them follow our new processes. Lots of talk about fully included ecommerce packages and what not.

We also talked about project enhancements and letting people know about the updates. That is still a struggle. We really want to bring the R&D more into real-time and closer to home vs way out on the ends of dream somewhere. We may end up having frontend devs (developers), middle end or middle level devs, and backend devs. We are seeing the need for each area.
