steves_10_steps_for_projects.docx | Doc/Text | 3/21/2020 | This was a 10 step process that Steve came up with to help with custom projects and doing what we need for those custom projects. We are really trying to get better at bidding, quoting, and billing for our real time vs some small number pulled out of a hat. |
Notes:
|
Instead of group and team training today, Steve went through a number of things with those who were online. We had Alan, Steve, Brandon, and Danny. Steve went over a document that had 10 basic steps to what we are trying to do with the custom projects. As part of the conversation, we talked about a number of other pieces such as: - Moving things from the general project pool over to the project queue - limiting R&D and moving R&D into real-time development (bring it closer to home) - marketing the custom options that we have - SaaS solutions (software as a solution) - 2 different teams - look and feel team and backend team |
