Notes:
On a GoToMeeting with Nick, Alan, and Steve. We were going to work on exports to Excel but ended up doing our session a little bit different. We built a quick web update for the sub inventory stuff. This is a smaller version of what Calvin's new custom auto process does. This just makes the database changes and doesn't even try to update anything. This just allows a new developer to get the code without all of the hassle of the auto process (super important for live data changes and migration).

We then spent most of the time talking about safety nets, standardization, and code sign-off processes. We talked tons about goals and vision of what we are doing. I used a number of graphics from Russell's photo gallery to go over some concepts. Here is a link to Russell's photo gallery. click to view gallery.
