We spent quite a bit of time on the unnormalized server section - not necessarily because of that subject but working on that section ended up bringing up a lot of other pieces we wanted to record. Recorded a lot of challenges that Adilas is dealing with. Trying to capture the picture and start looking for the ways forward, the next steps.


Notes:

Great work session with Shannon. We were reviewing some entries (still really rough) in the SWOT analysis. We are working on the weakness portion of the analysis. We had some really good talks about expectations (from a developer's point of view vs a customer's point of view). See attached for our progress.
