On these last couple weakness point we have really been able to capture some great content about the challenges of some of the current structure and pieces. It all won't belong under these specific headings but it has been great to record.


Notes:

Nice little work session with Shannon. We were going over and talking about frustrations and pain points. We also talked about what a dis-service it is if you remove all of the hard, negative, or painful things. That, removing those pieces, can actually cause problems because it doesn't give a perfectly clear picture of what is really going on. See attached, working on the SWOT analysis in the end of the weakness section.
