Notes:
Went through the schedule from mid March to the end of the year and setup a basic structure and schedule. I claimed Wednesday mornings from 9-12 pm and all day Friday's for myself and the projects that I have going on. I then created an email explaining about the rules and how we need to play to get all of the things done that we need to. See attached for a copy of the email that was sent out.
