• On the phone with a customer going over sales tax reports. Took them to the daily/weekly report and they seemed to like that better. The sales tax report does need some loving. • On the phone with a user going over reoccurring invoices and how they work in the system. We talked about masters, next action dates, etc. • Spent a lot of time mapping and documenting system players. • On the phone again with this user going over reoccurring invoices and receivables. We noticed that a current date cap is needed on the receivables homepage so as not to get invoices that were created in the future (say as a new reoccurring master invoice). • Sent an email to Steve asking him about his ideas on tracking incoming special line items. |
