Notes:
Customer Queue:
- Need a flag to show who has been started in a shopping cart
- 2 hour limit (roll out period – dynamic flush or clean-up) – maybe let the page do its own refresh when someone views the page, self clean-up
- When invoiced kick out and log it
- When quoted kick out and log it
- When tied to an element of time kick it out
- Track time between stages
- Add links to main customer page, advanced search, search results, customer log (linked to cust id), etc.
- Allow for flushing or manual removal of persons (check boxed like removing an item for the cart…)
- Do we want to allow only customer or general persons (both) as well
- Limited edits once created
- Queue by time in (sort order)
- Be able to start cart on start time from within the queue
- Show how much time passes between records. They may want to search this (hence record it in the database), (what about limits for storage)
- Tie to basic customer permission and then to corp-wide setting use/don’t use
- Show/hide search criteria
- Show oldest first
- Dynamic corp-wide setting name
- How do we get to this quickly? Top right corner by shopping cart icon or what? Quick button, etc.
- Add to history homepage…
- Make it easy to get to and make it easy to add/subtract customers. Maybe think buttons on forms on graphics.
- Maybe add a new corp-wide setting for a short version say 10-15 letters or something. Maybe a second one to say use or don’t use the queue.
- Tie the queue info to the session… do you have that permission? What do you call it? What is the short name for it
