Marketing ideas on a free digital timecard section: -Run the free digital timecards as a promotion or promotional idea. -Almost everybody or everyone has employees. This is kind of a great equalizer and intro into our system. -Make and have 4 super friendly interfaces with options for users, departments, managers, and admin. -Add a departmental login option similar to one we made for a client in Logan. -Have specific training that is free. Or offer onsite live training at an hourly rate. -This push might help us (adilas) to finish up one whole piece all the way through. -This includes forms, reports, training, interfaces, etc. -We need all of the state withholdings. -Timecards are a great transition to other paid features inside of adilas. Lots of cause and effects. -Go forward in faith knowing that God will help you! -If we had other reps and salespersons, we could start with digital timecards and payroll. Then go on to other pieces as needed. -Use the map to show users and timecards in the very heart of the application. -This could be the feeder for everything else. It is standard, it is needed, it is limited in scope, it could be expanded, and it is one of our oldest pieces of the puzzle. Very stable. -This is how we got started. -Going beyond free… Maybe $17 per month plus a $1 per seat (user fee). -Maybe charge per module. Maybe another $17 per module. Just an idea. -Maybe a $5 core charge. $10 per location. $1 per user, and $1 per bank. That comes to $17. Those are the required pieces. - $5 – core charge (adilas account or world charge) - $10 – location (per) - $1 – per seat of per user - $1 – per bank - =$17 – minimum to run on adilas |
