-I keep thinking about schools and some of their needs. I think about lunch cards, grades, student tracking, elements of time, document management, training, and other pieces. As a note, the school lunch card idea is the exact same as a gift card or pre-paid card of some type. That would be a great project to tackle here soon. -In our cups and plates model we may want to add a new cup or bucket for assigned or attached elements of time. Maybe make it bucket #10. Currently there are nine others. They are: 1. Main 2. Line Items 3. Payments 4. System History 5. Flex Grid Tie-Ins 6. Special Subs & Relationships 7. Photos & Scans 8. Custom Documents 9. Other Content 10. Elements of time (this would be the new one) -Some people may want a perfectly matched software system to their industry. Think about electricity. It can be used by tons of different industries. The electricity is the same. The way it is used varies drastically. Adilas is kind of like the electricity, everybody gets the whole package. -Worms and cans of worms. Every door you open could potentially be a can of worms. Tons of interdependent pieces. My dad said, “Hold the worms, more fish are coming!” Kind of funny. He has said that they, at their house, have things called “worm wars”. This is where they put a worm into the chicken pen and then watch the young chicks run around and have worm wars. Sometimes we think of cans of worms as bad things. That is not always the case. I loved how he spun the topic of cans of worms into fun and positive pieces. Good stuff! Focus on the positive. |
