• One of the interns and my sister came over to work on the adilas user guide. We started out brainstorming at the table. I had the intern talk about disruptive innovation vs. sustaining innovation. We then talked about byproducts that adilas creates. We talked about selling services and the need for adilas world (virtually selling people and their skills). We then printed out some graphics of the interactive map, the adilas GPS core, and the cups and plate analogy. We also printed out outlines for the adilas user guide – steps to success. We went over 30+ topics and had light brainstorming on core concepts and pieces. The list was taken from section 4 of the user guide. Great session and good progress. • Emails. • Went over to my brother’s house. He gave me 43 new videos. He has been working really hard lately. Great stuff. I now have almost all of the October adilas training cut and edited. That is awesome! 30 miles. • Spot checking and uploading new videos to YouTube. |
