• Tons and tons of brainstorming ideas. Lots of them have to do with the teacher interface we are working on. See other notes and bullets on the next couple of pages. I’ve got 12 little post-it notes full of ideas written or scribbled out on my desk. • Made some phone calls about an upcoming teacher’s meeting next week. • Emails and other phone calls. • Called my brother to talk about some graphic changes we need for the teacher interface. • Emails and recording notes. • Made a to-do list because my desk is exploding with post-it notes. • On the phone with Steve going over different projects and future game plan options. Our game plan is to keep our costs low. We spent almost an hour talking game plan, goals, and ideas. We are going to be openly soliciting help, funds, and ideas from the adilas community. This will push the product forward and will create tons of new jobs. We are seeing a growing need to push elements of time to its full potential. We need it to help communicate with our clients, our users, our developers, and with the community. Good stuff. • Recording notes and trying to get organized. • Phone calls and emails. • Went in to town to meet with my dad, my brother and another contact. This contact is a freelance graphic artist and is going to help adilas with some graphics and basic HTML stuff. We chatted and shared some needs and vision of the future. We looked at her work and talked about some training for my brother. She will help train him in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, and Adobe Fireworks. She should be coming to the adilas training in a couple of days. 30 miles. |
