Hi Steve,
I hope you are having a nice week.

I spoke with Mark Spoone today and we discussed the commission structure for the sales reps and we would like you to go ahead and set this up in Adilas. We pulled reports today by sales rep/location and it's a nice report except we couldn't see the breakdown of cases they each sold. With that said here is what we would like to see in Adilas...

Commission Structure:

Sales Price - $31.00 = Commission

If a Sales Rep shares a sale with another Sales Rep the commission (Sales Price - $31.00) would be split 50/50.

If the call center shares a (telephone) sale with a Sales Rep then there is a 1% commission for the Sales Rep. It would be calculated like this: Sales Price - $31.00 = Commission; Commission - Sales Price * 1% = the commission the sales rep receives.

Please let me know if that makes sense or if you need further information or breakdown.
