Alan, Dustin, and I jumped on and watched a demo by Spencer for about an hour. We asked him questions and looked at some of his projects and style. Fun stuff. He showed us a couple of responsive designs that he has done and we talked quite a bit about future vision and where we could go internally, inside of adilas. He uses a lot of his own CSS, JQuery, and AJAX to make some fun designs and great one-pager type layouts with loaders, JQuery, and AJAX calls (get the data on the fly without a page refresh).
