Dream it up and go get it! - Sometimes we may be missing a huge key piece of the puzzle. o Maybe a huge piece we are missing is the custom code work and consulting sections. We are allowing tons of outside reps & consultants make tons of money on our product. We may need our own little team that could capitalize on those pieces. o What are our inputs & outputs? o Where are our needs? o How can we solve those needs? o We need to help pick up what people want. - Keep building toward the dream. Spend time on where it needs to go. - Keep doing good and keep serving. Sometimes service pays more than hard money. Story about a guy buying a pack of cigarettes from a lady who was trying to quit. That little act of service was still in force 40+ years later. Great story. - Going back to the pieces we are missing. There are tons of jobs and projects. Let’s internalize them and allow other people’s money to help fund those projects. Why couldn’t adilas have a team that does sales, consulting, and custom implementation. That may be the next phase of growth. - On a different note, we really need to help map out the system. A virtual adilas “you are here” or a flow chart of what goes on. An adilas GPS system or sorts.
