Special Account Transactions Homepage
This is the main special account transaction homepage. By default, the page is set to require you to select a special account (say rewards, loyalty points, gift cards, in-store credit, etc.) from the list provided. It is possible for the page to receive a pre-selected special account from another link or form. If the special account is incorrect, just switch it and click on the select/continue button.

If you wish to enter a manual entry and/or edit an existing entry, use the button at the top of the page. You must have a higher admin permission to do any manual entries (adds or edits). If you have the highest admin permissions, you may also be able to change settings and values clear up at the top level for special accounts. If you have this permission, there will be a button that allows for managing those account settings.

Once the records are returned, use the provided drill-down links to jump and view the different pages. If you are looking for any kind of history records, per transaction, you need to click on the edit link and then scroll to the bottom of the add/edit page to see any histories. You need the admin level permission to add, edit, and/or view the history. If you can only view the main transaction, but can't edit it, you have the normal or view only permission.

Use the form at the top to filter the records. Anything entered will be used as a search criteria and/or a form parameter. The dates may be left blank. By default it shows the current date, but those values may be changed as needed. The name filter is not required and may be left blank and/or set to "All".
