Choose A Sub Queue
This is a special page that helps you select a sub queue as part of the main customer queue. A sub queue is a way to categorize and/or differentiate between different types of the main customer queues. A couple of samples might be something like: different waiting rooms, different lines, express checkout vs. normal checkout, sub project queues, waiting lists for certain people, places, or things. It could be for different functionality such as drive thru, pick-up, online vs. in-store, delivery, call-back, follow-ups, etc. You get the idea.

When you select the correct sub queue from the list, the new record will hold that value and that color assignment. It is also important to note that this new selection will be held in your session (virtual memory) so that the system can remember what your last selection was. Once set, the system will keep playing along that same line unless you switch it and/or change it. At that point, the system then follows that line of action. It is totally ok to switch back and forth as much as needed. The system will try to keep up and play along.

As a side note, there is a personal setting that you may switch that allows for a default value to be recorded. If used, it may save you some time and some clicks. This is not required, but it may help save you some time. Enjoy.
