Setup Roccurring Elements Of Time
This is a special page to help copy and/or duplicate a single element of time. The term "reoccurring" may be too strong of a word, but it kinda fits here as well. Basically, the page will pull and hold the existing element of time (some kinda of event and/or calendar date entry) and allow for you to tell the system how many other occurrences of it you would like. This is great for reoccurring appointments, team meetings, set time blocks, etc.

The page is divided into three main parts. The top has some navigation and will show the main info for the element of time. This is the item that will be copied and/or duplicated. The middle of the page is a small form that allows you to set the date range in months. You may submit the middle form as many times as needed without hurting anything. Up to twelve months or one year are allowed to be searched and shown at a time. The default is a three month view. Once the results come back, there will be a lower (bottom most) form that will show a virtual calendar with tons of checkboxes. This bottom form is the actual add and/or copy form.

Use the form at the bottom to fill in the dates where the item and/or event should reoccur (be copied or duplicated). There are a number of special checkboxes that help fill in the full calendar, just single days like every Monday or every Saturday, or checkboxes for full weeks at a time. The system will only add new records for days where the checkboxes actually have a check mark in them. Basically, think of this calendar type interface as a giant multi add form (virtual copy or duplicate form).

Tip: By default the page will show a three month view. If you want to change the date range, use the middle form first (before you start filling out the checkboxes) and get the desired date range. Then fill in the checkboxes as needed. There is a max of 365 days (1 year) that you may see at a time. If you need more than 365 days, use the form with the current date range, submit and then use your back button and change the date range and do it again. Every time you submit the page with checkboxes (bottom most button), the page will add and/or copy the element of time. If you are doing this, be careful not to duplicate on top of other records. The system will add new entries every time it is submitted.
