My Saved Favorites
Welcome to the my saved favorites page. This page is designed to help show you your custom reports and/or page favorites. The goal is to get the report settings refined and then save those settings so that you can pull those reports even quicker.

A couple pages that are finished are:

Advanced Time Searches - Main Elements of Time, Sub Action Status Logs, Sub Dates & Time, & Sub Notes & Comments
Advanced Customer Searches - Main Customer Values, Customer Logs, & Customer Contacts
Advanced Deposit Searches - Main Deposits & Deposit Line Items
Advanced Expense/Receipt Searches - Main Expense/Receipts, Expense/Receipt Line Items, & Expense/Receipt Payments
Advanced Invoice Searches - Main Invoice Searches, Grouped Searches, Detail Searches, Invoice Line Items, & Invoice Payments.
Advanced Items or Parts Search - General Products & Services
Advanced Purchase Order (PO) Searches - Main PO Searches & PO Line Items
Advanced Media/Content Search - Any Files that have been referenced, linked to, and/or physically uploaded.

When you first come to this page, it may look blank. That is because you may not have saved any page settings or custom reports yet. Once you save a favorite, it will show up on this page until you delete it. Basically, think of these saved favorites as a shortcut button or link for getting to your data quickly.

To get to this page quickly, look for the chooser link in the top header or footer. These links are on every page. Once on the chooser page, look for the link that says "my saved favorites".

As a side note, the custom reports and favorites may be saved on a per corporation (world) level or on a per user level. To save a report on the world or corporation level, set the assigned to value to all. This allows any user inside the company to see the new report. If you change the assigned to value to your own name or some other person, that report will only be available for that person (user/payee). There are also options to rename reports, delete reports, save as, view reports, edit saved settings, & copy saved favorites.

To start the save process... You first need to do a search. Once you like what the search returns (feel free to refine as needed), then you look for the "save report settings" button. This button will most likely be on the search results pages. Once saved, the new report will show up on the saved favorites page.
