This is a custom page that has been added to the teacher/student interface. The page is setup to help add custom student (customer) data points in bulk. As a note, the custom data points are really small pieces of flex grid that have some custom fields and custom naming conventions applied to them.

The top of the page assumes that the student age, the core subject, and the sub section have previously been selected. It is also assumes that one or more students will be getting this data (piece of flex grid) applied to his/her records. These choices were selected from the page previous to this.

To complete the page, select the objective from the list provided. The date is also required. Once those two pieces have been selected, go through each student (customer) and add a rating and any notes that are needed. When the page is submitted, the core data points (flex grid pieces) will be added in bulk to all students listed on this page. This is a great way to handle small group sessions or smaller groups of students that were being evaluated on a similar tasks and/or objectives.
