OpenOffice.org
If you don't have a copy of Microsoft Office but need to read and view files that were created in those formats (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint), we recommend a FREE software solution called Open Office. The software is very powerful and is very comparable to the Microsoft Office products. You are able to open and use files with tons of different file extensions such as .xls (older excel files), .xlsx (newer excel files), .doc (older word files), .docx (newer word files), and tons of other file types. You may also save files to virtually any file type and export directly to Adobe PDF from the software interface. Great product.

Visit www.openoffice.org/ for more info and options to download the FREE software.

Adilas.biz has a number of pages with export options for Microsoft Excel (.xls) files. If you don't have the MS Excel (spreadsheet) program, you will need a way to view and convert the data to a readable format. The OpenOffice.org product mentioned above allows you to use Excel files just as if you actually owned a full license of the Microsoft Office Suite. This is very handy and saves you valuable resources that you could use to further your business. The OpenOffice.org software is called Freeware (meaning no cost) and is a great option for non-Microsoft Office users.
