Welcome to the classic homepage or main switchboard of the application. To return to this page at any time, click the home links or the logo in the upper left corner. The main switchboard page is one of the most flexible pages within the application. Your supervisor/administrator can add or change your settings at any time. This page acts like a hub or switchboard for all of the different options you can do within the secured portion of the application. If you ever get lost (within the application), come back to this main homepage and then go from there.

Most page headers and footers also have a link that says "Chooser" or interface chooser. The classic homepage is one of three default homepages for the Adilas.biz application. The other two system defined homepages are the interactive map and the my favorite buttons page. From the chooser page, if your corporation has a special or custom homepage, you will have options to select those other custom homepages. If you have any of the quick search features turned on, you can look up any item by typing in the value, selecting the type or search category, and clicking the "Go" button. The quick search feature will also be at the top of every page in the application. There are a number main key words that will help you use the quick search to move around the application quickly and efficiently. 1. The key word "new" (w/o the quotes) will allow you to go directly to the page or section where you may add the new item. The word "item" could be any of the search options such as stock/units, PO's, deposits, customers, invoices, quotes, elements of time, etc.

2. The key word "home" (w/o the quotes) will take you to the main homepage for the selected category.

3. The key word "all" (w/o the quotes) will take you to the section and show all records that are associated with that section.

4. The key word "last" (w/o the quotes) will allow you to go to the last item or items that you created. This is user specific and deals with the last item added to the database by you for the specific category. Note: The key word last will take you the last one you entered, not necessarily the last one you were working on.

5. The key word "adv" (w/o the quotes) will allow you to go to the advanced search page for that specific category.

6. The key word "tba" or "TBA" (w/o the quotes) and the search category "check" will help you get all of the new approved checks if your corporation is using the check request system.

Each sub page or section will have its own help file to help you get oriented to the task at hand. Most of the options from the main switchboard page are navigated by selecting a task or report from the drop-down menus and then clicking the "Go" button. The application will take you to the correct location or starting page. If the application needs more information, it will prompt you for details.

Please use the logout link anytime you leave the system. This helps protect the sensitive data and security of the application. This is especially true in a public-type setting. If the application is not responding correctly, try logging out and then logging back in. This may reset some of your session variables and help things run correctly.
