This page is setup to help show multiple elements of time in a single report. The page is limited to a single customer at a time. However, the report may pull any number of different invoice/quote status values. There is a filter at the top of the page to help get the records that are desired.

Once the elements of time are shown (results), there may be add to cart buttons and checkbox fields. Only items that are checked will be added to the cart. From the shopping cart, you will be able to save as a quote or go through the checkout process and create a full invoice. Add as many elements of time to the cart as needed (unlimited).

If you make any changes to the underlying elements of time, you may need to add them again to the cart (kinda like a cart refresh). The page is setup to look for updates and should combine any data so as not to add duplicates to the cart.

Tip - This may not apply to all users, but you are actually able to use this page over and over again on the same cart. You are even allowed to switch main customers if needed. The system is more worried about tracking time clear to the invoice status than it is, just keeping like customers grouped together. This is great for families or minors that may need to be added to a parent or guardian’s invoice for payment. Individual elements of time may also be added to the cart on a one-by-one basis from the working with time page. This one-by-one option also allows for multiple customers if needed. Once again, this may not apply to every business model.
