My Hours
By default this page will show you the hours worked for today's date. If you wish to change the dates, use the form at the top of the page. All dates need to be in the "m/d/yy" format. If you have more than one department you are assigned to, you will have a list to choose from at the top of the page. If a timecard is missing the clock out, it will show "..." instead of a real data.

If something does not look right, it is your responsibility to talk to your manager before payroll time. Payroll is done from these numbers for hourly employees.

If you record notes when clocking in/out, you may use the notes filter to find a specific timecard or entry. The search has built-in wildcards which help to keep the search flexible. It is important to note that even though you enter the search string correctly, the dates must be open enough (bigger date range) to allow a valid search.

If you wish to see the IP addresses (numeric web address) of where the clock in/out occurred, check the show/Hide IP Address field. The IP address is a special number that is assigned to your computer as you browse the Internet. Many times your IP address is called your network id number. If you click on the actual IP address (once shown), the system will send you to an outside page that will try to do a look-up of the IP address value. An IP address will look something like this: 127.0.0.1 (four sets of numbers and dots).

TIP: The in and out dates must be the same date. The math that is done on the timecards assumes that the in and out dates are the same. That allows the system to calculate things on the fly (just looking at differences in time instead of differences in both dates and times). They, the dates and times, are actually stored in different fields and thus the difficulty in comparing multiple fields on the fly. If the same date is not recorded, an error will be thrown when processing for payroll and you will be required to fix the date issue before the payroll will calculate correctly.
