This is a special page to help filter the results on the update inventory count page. The search results page is vendor specific. These settings will be remembered until you leave the update loop (update and submit, update and submit). The only required field is the vendor to search. All of the other fields may be used as an additional filter if needed. The more you add, the tighter your result set. All of the text fields (part number, barcode, part description, and bin number) have built-in wildcards to help keep the search flexible. This means that you can add whole words or only part of a word or phrase. You can change the filters as often as needed. This is how you control the results page.
