Running Bank Balance(s)
This page shows starting balances and running bank totals. Use the small form on the top to get the totals you are looking for.

1. Bank Balance Date - Required. The bank balance date may be set to any date (now or in the past). If date is set in the past, the application will only used deposits and payments made within that date range provided. The starting date for each bank is determined by the bank start date. The bank balance date field is where you get to set the end date for the date range.

2. Date Switch - If the date switch is set to deposit and expense/receipt payment date, the running totals will use all deposits between the starting bank date and the date displayed. The expense/receipt date is actually tied to the receipt payment date and not the main expense/receipt date. The receipt payments will be calculated from the bank start date to the date displayed.

The verified date switch for both deposits and expense/receipts will show what has fully passed all other validation and has been verified in the system. The totals are calculated from the bank start date to the verified date shown.

When running on the verified dates, any outstanding deposits and outstanding checks or payments will show up as well. Use the drill-down links to get at the underlying values.
