This is the display page for the main advanced invoice search. The page is set up similar to the invoice homepage, except that you will be able to see multiple salespersons, invoice notes, and external PO assignments. The report comes in two versions. One is invoice details (data on individual invoices) and the other is invoice groups (grouped results by customer). There is also a few other search fields or options (on the search page) that can help to narrow your results. If there are multiple pages returned, you will get a small option that will allow you to switch pages in order to view other records.

There will also be options (buttons and links) to help "refine your search" and switch between "details" and "groups". These are ways of tightening your results into exactly what you are looking for.

If you have the admin permission over invoices, there will also be options (from the advanced search form) to export any and all of the data to a Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet) format. Currently there are five different report exports to the Excel format. They are main invoice details, main invoice groups, invoice line item details, invoice line item groups, and invoice payments. If you don't have access to a Microsoft Office product license (which includes excel), we recommend a FREE software solution called OpenOffice.org or view a help file with more info.
