Update Inventory Count
This is the main update inventory count page. The page has a number of different navigational links at the top that allow for things such as changing vendors, switching locations, and actually viewing the current PO. There is also a special link that allows the results to be filtered additionally. This helps you be more specific and spend more time updating instead of tons of searching.

The bottom of the page is the update form. You may enter as many updates as you wish per time (form). Each time you submit the bottom form, the application will look for numbers entered and will do the math (+ or -) to get the part quantity to that level. If the quantity is ok, leave the fields blank and they will be skipped in the update loop. Make sure and enter the correct value of what you physically have. The application will do the math.

If your search results return more than one page of values, there may be an update button that says something like "update qty and go to next page". If this button is clicked, the results will be updated and then the page will automatically advanced to the next page of results. If the "normal update qty" button is clicked, the results will be updated and you will be returned to the page you were working on. This is a great way to save your work as you go. Think of the normal update qty button as saving your work.

If you see the value "Inactive" in the quantity field, that is a flag to let you know that particular part number is set to a status of inactive. If you need update those quantities, just replace the word inactive with the correct value and submit. If you don't want to see the inactive parts, click the link to apply additional filters on the search results. There is a filter that allows you to show/hide the inactive parts.
