Verify Invoice
This is the verify invoice page. It deals mostly with payroll type information and receiving invoices. Once an invoice is verified, it also effects financial documents such as the income statement.

Note about invoices with units (stock numbers) as line items - If you verify the invoice, it will automatically verify the unit(s). This helps cascade actions down to the line items. All actions done to the invoice affect all subs. A normal parts ticket only gets verified once. An invoice with a stock number as a line item should only get verified through the verify invoice page. There is also a page that allows individual units (stock numbers) to be verified individually. This is available but only recommended for special reasons. If you are verifying a stock number, it does not cascade upwards to the invoice. The system is only set up to verify from invoice down, not stock up.
