Printable Parts Report
This is where you can get the printer friendly parts, costs, prices, and quantity on-hand reports. If the search form is hidden, use the show/hide button to interact with the search criteria. The vendor and location fields are required and the other fields are optional. The text searches (part number, description, bin number) have built-in wild cards to help make the search more dynamic. The vendor/location total cost will also show up on this report. If you want to get all inventory items in the system, use the vendor name of "All" and the location of "All".

If you choose to use a quantity filter, enter a numeric value and then select one of the radio button options (equal, greater than, less than, or not equal to). If you use the not equal to value, the system will return everything except for that quantity. An example of this would be a value of 0 in the quantity filter and the not equal sign being clicked. That would give you any values expect for your 0 quantity items.

For your convenience, there is also a possible look-back date option for searching your quantities on hand. As a small note. The current cost (as of today) is the costing that is used for this report. The extended vendor/location total costs is found by taking the current cost times the quantity on-hand.

If you have the admin permission over parts, there will also be options (bottom of the advanced search form) to export any and all of the data to a Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet) format. If you don't have access to a Microsoft Office product license (which includes excel), we recommend a FREE software solution called OpenOffice.org or view a help file with more info.
