-Simple drawings and a coloring book. I went to a doctor’s appointment and the doctor drew us a small picture and then explained it. He said that he was a visual learner. He also said that he used a simple coloring book to draw systems and connections. Basically, he simplified each and every process, color coded it and made his own notes. Because he could see it, he learned it. I was thinking that I could use a similar process to help teach people adilas. Show a small graphic of what is going on and then let the people interact - virtually draw out the process to help it stick. Think about a simple drawing that does – it I do this, or if I have this…. I can do this …. or the system will do this… Full – simple – cause and effect relations. |

-We need to implement an IP filter on logins, clock in/out and other pages. This may also include training, elements of time, full access, etc. The beauty is access from anywhere; that is awesome but some people want to limit the options, which is understandable. -Like things seem to work well with each other. For example: use gum on gum, use tape to get off tape, use custom to do custom, use standard to do standard, etc. -I added a new customer_id field to the corporations table. I would like to use this as a way to tie our customers to a specific corp-id and vice-versa. This would help with reverse look-ups and stats. This is not a field for everyone. |
